Operating from our facility in Hua Hin, we source high-quality fresh milk from local dairy cooperatives daily. As true Dairy Artisans, we rely on time-honored techniques—such as traditional straining and slow fermentation with specific bacterial cultures—rather than industrial shortcuts or artificial stabilizers. Every product is made fresh and never frozen, preserving its pure, natural essence and high protein content.
